Complex villain era!! I like this self reflection. I realize I complain with oh much guilt, I’m not sure why. I don’t like being negative though, a relative of complaining. May I add a suggestion that friends are good and also dumping your problems on random people: the Uber driver, the barista, the Amazon driver who just called to remind you to keep your outside lights on

my knee-jerk response is to say that complaining is more akin to mourning, and being negative is akin to refusing to move on. One is a necessary step in re-achieving homeostasis, not anyone's fault. The other is an unnecessary, like yo why you gotta be like that?
but I also understand that that's not the typical definition of complaining. Idk the taxonomy yet lol

That's a great way of saying it! Maybe negative is finding problems and complaining is needing space to express one.
